Pick the service by what you're posting
Start with this week's posts, not with the price list. Each service counts one thing on one link:
- US Instagram followers go to the profile as a whole. Your @username or the profile address is enough.
- US Instagram likes land on one photo, carousel or Reel that is already live, one link per order.
- US Instagram views count on Reels and feed videos. The link has to open the video itself, not your grid.
- Instagram comments show up under one post. This service is sold under its plain name, with no region, so look at its packages on its own page first.
- When the same clip also goes out on TikTok, its packages sit on the TikTok services page, with a separate table.
Example: one collab Reel, two bakers
Example: two home bakers film a pie Reel together for Thanksgiving week and publish it as a collab post. It appears on both profiles but has a single address, so a likes or views order for it is one order, placed once the Reel is live. Followers work differently: they go to one profile, so each baker who wants them orders for their own @username.
The bakers are invented. The example only shows how a shared post and two separate profiles split into orders. If the Reel slips from Tuesday to Wednesday, the order slips with it.
Copy the right link and keep the account public
In the app, the share icon under a post or Reel has a copy-link option, and that address goes into the order form. Story links are turned away before payment, because the form only takes feed posts, carousels, Reels and videos. Before you pay, check your privacy settings and make sure the account is public, then leave it that way until the order and its refill period are over. Changing your @username mid-order leaves the link pointing at a profile that no longer exists.
After you pay: status, refill and your card statement
Processing starts once the payment is confirmed and the order has been reviewed. The order tracking page then shows each step: Paid, In the queue, Being delivered and finally Done or Partly delivered. If an order ends Partly delivered, the part that wasn't delivered is refunded.
The refill period begins when delivery ends. If the count drops within it, the shortfall is topped up at no cost, up to the quantity you bought; a private account, a deleted post, a new @username or a wrong link ends that cover. Your card is charged in USD on Stripe's form, and if your card account runs in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Every platform's packages sit together on the prices page.
What an order doesn't do
Curtgo doesn't promise reach, sales, a spot on Explore or a verified badge, and there is no fixed delivery time, since timing depends on the package and the quantity. The shop has no tie to Instagram or Meta, and nothing here suggests the platform approves of this kind of service. Numbers you buy are not a measure of reach, so they don't belong in a sponsor pitch, and if you post paid partnerships, the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) still require you to disclose them. Support answers in English, Portuguese and Turkish, and the help center covers the common questions.
