Curtgo's operator, editorial rules and corrections

This English edition

English is one of eight languages on Curtgo, a shop whose home language is Portuguese and whose main market is Brazil. The English pages address English speakers anywhere, use US spelling and name packages for the United States, and they were planned and worded on their own instead of being converted from the Portuguese text. Support writes back in English, Portuguese and Turkish, so in this edition you can ask your questions in the language you're reading.

Who runs the shop

SociShop, a brand of Social Developer LTD, operates Curtgo on the same store system and with the same team as its SociShop store, so the catalog, payments, refunds and support are shared. Only the Curtgo name and these pages are kept separate. The company's address, phone and email are listed below.

How a page gets made

No page here carries a personal byline. Pages appear under the Curtgo editorial team's name, and none claims to come from a named expert. Each one goes through the same process:

• a written brief fixes the facts the page may use, from card payment through Stripe to the refill rules;
• the text is drafted with AI tools, and any example in it is labeled as invented;
• prices, quantities and refill periods are never typed in: the page reads them from the live catalog when it loads;
• automated checks look for typed numbers, banned claims and text too close to other pages, and only then does the operator publish, on its own responsibility, without claiming review by a human editor, a native speaker or a lawyer.

Sales lines you won't find here

The FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and its consumer-review rule (16 CFR Part 465) are the yardstick for how this site talks about itself. In practice, that means:

• no five-star widgets, customer quotes, “sold” tickers or trust seals;
• no delivery clock, because how long an order runs depends on the package and the quantity;
• no forecasts of reach, sales, search placement or monetization;
• no suggestion that any platform has approved or sponsored the service;
• no advice to use purchased counts to impress customers, brands or sponsors.

Why “US” appears in package names

A package takes its region from the language of the page: in English it's a US package, in Portuguese a Brazilian one, and so on for every language. On where the accounts come from, the owner's statement on the home page is the only claim, and nothing on this site adds to it. If supply for a language ever changes, the region comes off that language's package names before anything else is sold.

Reporting an error

To report an error, send support the page address and the sentence in question, on WhatsApp or by email. A confirmed error is corrected on the page where it appeared. Curtgo is independent of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook; none of them backs it, and their names belong to them.
