Curtgo help: answers before and after you order

This page covers the questions that come up before and after ordering US followers, likes or views from Curtgo: which link to paste, when an order starts, how refills and refunds work, and what paying by card in US dollars involves. Support answers on WhatsApp and by email in English, Portuguese and Turkish, and Curtgo never asks for an account password.

My post is live. Which link goes in the box?

That depends on what you're ordering. Followers attach to the profile, so paste the profile URL or just the username. Likes and views attach to one piece of content, so paste the address of that single post, Reel, video or Short. Either way, leave the account public until the order wraps up.

Will Curtgo ever want my password or a login code?

No, at no point. Curtgo works from what's public, so a link or a username is the whole order. Should a message using Curtgo's name ask for a password, a login code or access to your account, at checkout or in a chat, it isn't from Curtgo; don't reply with any of it.

Can I order for a post I haven't published yet?

No. The order needs the link of a post that's already live and public. Publish first, copy the post's link, then order. A link swapped after payment gets in the way of delivery and of the refill.

Can I order for an account I don't own?

Only for an account you own or have permission to manage. At checkout you confirm that you're at least eighteen and that the target account is yours or that you're allowed to manage it.

When does my order actually get going?

Once two things have happened: the payment has gone through and the order has been reviewed. From that point, timing varies with the package and the quantity you picked, so you won't find a promised time anywhere on Curtgo.

How do I keep an eye on an order?

Open the order status page and enter the order number together with the email address you used, or sign in to your account. You'll watch it move through Paid and Being delivered to Done or Partly delivered, next to the starting count and what has arrived so far.

What does Partly delivered mean for my money?

It means only part of the quantity could be delivered. The undelivered part is refunded, to the original payment method or, if you agree, to your Curtgo wallet balance. How long the refund takes to show up depends on your payment provider.

What does the refill cover, and what ends it?

It covers drops in the count after delivery: while the package's refill period runs, counted from the end of delivery, anything lost is made up at no cost, never beyond the quantity delivered. It stops applying once the account goes private or is deleted, the post is deleted, the username changes or the link turns out to be wrong.

What happens when I pay?

You type your card details into Stripe's payment form, not into Curtgo, and nothing about the card is kept on Curtgo's side. The charge goes through the moment you confirm. Checkout also asks for your first and last name and, if you have no account, an email address.

Is my card charged in dollars or in my own currency?

In US dollars, always. Checkout never adds anything to the package price, and Curtgo shows no converted prices because any conversion is your bank's business.

Could my bank charge me something extra?

Possibly. When a card isn't held in US dollars, the issuing bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a fee for doing so. Those amounts are invisible to Curtgo, so it doesn't estimate them.

Can an order be canceled for a refund?

Yes, up until processing begins, and then the whole payment comes back. After that point, a refund covers whatever wasn't delivered if the order closes as Partly delivered. Where the money goes and how to ask is set out in the refund policy.

I'm in the EU. What about a right of withdrawal?

EU and EEA consumers have one by law. Start it with the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of every page, or write to support. How it plays out for an order that's already running is explained in the refund policy.

Can I write to support in my language?

Support answers in English, Portuguese and Turkish, over WhatsApp or email. Put the order number and the link in your first message and nobody has to come back to you with questions.

Why do the packages say “US”?

On Curtgo, a package's name follows the language of the shop you're browsing, and the English shop is named for the United States. The origin of the accounts is described in one place only, the owner's statement on the site, and Curtgo adds no other claim about those accounts.

Who stands behind Curtgo?

The seller named at checkout is Social Developer LTD, the company that runs Curtgo under its SociShop brand. Its address and contacts appear in the legal notice and on the about page. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook have nothing to do with the shop.
