Page, post or video: what to order
First check whether the order is for the Page, a single post or a video:
- US Facebook followers go to your Page or profile. Send the address that opens its main page.
- US Facebook likes land on one published post; the link must open the post itself, not the Page.
- US Facebook views count on a video or a Reel, and short fb.watch links work too.
- If the same Reels go out on Instagram as well, that table is on Instagram services.
Example: a community theater's opening week
Example: a community theater posts an album of rehearsal photos on its Page and, after opening night, a short video of the curtain call. A link to the album post and a link to one photo inside it are two different targets, and likes go to whichever of the two you send. The video takes a views order, the Page itself a followers order.
The theater is made up. What the example shows is the habit worth keeping: check which address you copied before paying, because the order follows that exact link.
A link that opens for everyone
On the post, tap Share and copy the link. For the Page, use the address your browser shows while the Page is open. The post's audience has to be Public, marked with the globe icon; posts shared with Friends or Only me don't open for anyone outside your list. If you plan to rename the Page's username, do it before ordering or after the refill period ends.
Payment, review and the refill period
Payment is by card through Stripe, charged in USD; if your card isn't in dollars, your bank converts the amount. After the payment is confirmed, the order is reviewed, and the tracking page follows it from Paid to In the queue and Being delivered, through to Done or Partly delivered. Whatever isn't delivered in a partial order is refunded.
The refill period starts once delivery ends. If the count drops during it, the difference is restored free of charge up to the quantity bought; a deleted post, an audience switched away from Public, a new username or a wrong link end the cover. Every platform's packages are listed on the prices page.
Limits on Facebook
Curtgo isn't connected with Facebook or Meta, and nothing on this page says the platform approves of the service. Timing depends on the package and the quantity, so there's no fixed delivery time. Orders don't add comments or shares, don't change the numbers in Meta Business Suite and don't decide who sees a post in Feed. Support replies in English, Portuguese and Turkish, and the help center covers ordering and payment.
